I am posting my art elsewhere

I have decided to centralize my artistic output in an art community. That community is deviantart.
I have also recognized a shift in my art which has started with the drawing I am posting here.
This is the beginning of my third phase. This blog represents the culmination of my first two phases, the first being categorized by the collection of pieces in primarily black/green/blue/red. Then I bought more colors and phase II started. Then I bought a fine tip sharpie pen and phase III started. Phase III is more of a focus on multiple images being perceived from one in complex and meticulous lines and patterns. Phase III is also a balance between full compositions and smaller tattoo designs. We will see where I go from here, but it will only be able to be seen on the deviant art profile.

thejeffanema.deviantart.com is where my art will be found now. I don't foresee posting any more drawings on here, but if/when I write again, I will be sure to post them here. So....please find my art and comment / view it at my artdeviant page. I am only getting better and the future is bright.

Here is my first black and white composition titled "Racial Profiling" which is a ridiculous/complex play on words (Black & White and the profile images of the nun faces)

thanks for caring.

My Masterpiece

Well...here it is.
Somewhere around 56 hours later, my totem poles drawing is finally complete.
It is by far the most impressive piece I have created yet and has an extremely unique style that makes it worth quite a bit.
It is 14" by 17" and was completely created with Sharpies, with the exception of the snow capped mountains which were drawn with White out.

btw, this piece is for sale on artbreak.com under my page : TheJeffAnema

Just a few more drawings in my progression as an artist. The current masterpiece has more than 30 hours of labor and is about 2/3 finished, it will blow your minds.

Penguins!

Penguins are my favorite animals, or at least they were while I was younger and I have yet to officially select another favorite animal so I will stick with the suitors.

"Proud Pair of Penguins Potentially Put into Perspective"

Is it not awesome? Let me know...

Latin Poem

Last spring I had an assignment in my Latin class of which we were to recreate some sort of manuscript in Latin. I didn't settle for any sort of reproduction and went with my gut instinct and created my own original poem and artwork. The poem is called "Fool's Gold"

Most Recent Drawings

3 New Creations.
2 Open Mind designs that will most likely never end up on any t shirt due to the excess of colors and complexity of screen printing.
1 Finished "Snakes in the Grass" - I like how it turned out. Snakes in the grass, its dedicated to politicians, on both sides.

Snakes

Newest semi-complete drawing. It is the finished piece "snakes" but I plan on turning it into "snakes in the grass" with some exciting grass behind them.

Open Mind Apparel

Some friends of a friend are discussing starting a clothing company using art from their friends and I was asked if I was interested in creating some art to put on shirts and such. Hells yea was the answer and the Open Mind Apparel totem was the first completed piece. Here it is. I may have to redo it with exact symmetry, but maybe we will just use the original product.

Unity

My biggest most detailed piece is finally finished and too big to scan the entire picture with the scanner available to me. Once I pay to get it made into a print they will do a full scan and I will then have access to that, so for now I will just upload one section of it, its approximately 70% of the total picture. These other two partially incomplete drawings are my ideas for some t shirt designs. Word...

Drawbreaker

A couple pictures. The first one here is an incomplete drawing called "Diverse Unity". As you can see, it is comprised completely of bicolored beings fit snugly into each others shapes like a jigsaw puzzle of diverse aliens.
The second one is called "Landescape" and was a pencil sketch of a mountain scene by my friend and roommate Dave, I completely changed its aura and turned it into a trippy foreign planet's frightening landscape. If turned to the left it assumes the figure of a profile image of an alien with a beautiful headdress. If turned upside down, a new landscape is revealed, with an earthlike crust, mantle, and core. One of the coolest drawings I have ever done and will make for a great poster sized print.

A Megapost

y Zorro.

(untitled)

Always believing criterias demanded everyday, forging guarded honesty, I , Jeff, keep leaping moronicly near obvious perilous quasi-relationships, stuck totally unraveling viciously whilst xploring your zest.

The poetry collection is comprised of a strict rule of a-z... and sometimes... a-z-a.

Gallery

If I was to make a gallery of my art from 2007 to 2008 available for purchase in the future, it would be composed of these drawings...insight? There are plenty of other great pictures I have drawn that could be on display but these are my choices. If you click on the image you can see the full size.

untitled or... "Natural Splenda"

"And You Thought the Earth was Complex?!" or "Then you looked up"

"Lost Grip"

"Embrace Eccentricity"

"Daliphants"

"Dogfight" or "Mushroom Cloud"

"Faces in the Crowd"

"Atrocious Alien Avians Attacking Another Aspiring Animal Actor" or "Foolishly Foul Fowl"

"Van Casso"

Bonvue Park

I have recently completed art for an upcoming album's cover and backside imagery in addition to a logo for the band. The "Legends and Strange Dreams" album art will be available when the album is....november or something....the picture here is a band logo, originally in sharpie on white paper, now on display as a turtle, here seen with the alterations provided by Microsoft Paint and the background image provided by my photography in Holland.
